Who sees the “whole” child?

We all want our children to be seen for who they are, yet typically professionals in a child’s life will only see one or two aspects of the child.

The teacher sees the child through an educational lens, the therapist sees the child through a psychological lens, and a psychiatrist (moreover) sees the child through a psycho-pharmacological lens.

Finally, parents see the child through the lens of unconditional love.

As an Educational Consultant I strive to see through all of those lenses, and then through no lens at all.

As an Educational Consultant I strive to see through all of those lenses, and then through no lens at all. It’s my job to consolidate all the views, to coalesce what each perspective brings to the table and make recommendations. This is why at Meyer EFS we are able to effectively make informed and unbiased decisions.
